Someone called me after I placed I order online, which was so easy to , and said that they didnt have a specific flower and asked if was ok if they changed it. I didnt mind at all, Bu I thought it was extremely nice of them to call me to ask this. My friend that received the flowers said they made her smile and were beautiful.
